notes are intended to aid the tutor in helping
the student to understand the normative process
involved in marketing planning, and aim to give
guidance, advice and additional information
to help each session achieve its objectives.
As tutors gain experience in using the material, it is hoped that they will
introduce their own comments and ideas, to reflect
their own style of teaching.
